Shipping Options & Rates
Domestic (United States – all 50 states)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, and destination.
We ship primarily via USPS.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses in all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
- Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Estimated Delivery (Transit Time)
After your order is fulfilled, typical USPS transit times are:
- USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 2–5 business days (may be longer for distant zones, Alaska, or Hawaii).
- USPS Priority Mail (if selected at checkout): approximately 1–3 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express (if selected at checkout): typically 1–2 business days (not guaranteed).
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
Packaging & Safety
We package all items to withstand normal shipping transit:
Hot Sauces
- Bottles individually bubble-wrapped
- Leak-resistant sealing and absorbent materials
- Protective outer packaging
Pepper Powders
- Double-sealed containers
- Protective outer packaging
- Safety/handling labels as appropriate
Seeds
- Moisture-proof packaging
- Stored properly until shipment
- Basic growing instructions included
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking is provided for all domestic shipments.
Shipping Restrictions
Domestic Products
- Hot sauces and powders can ship to all 50 states.
Seeds (Important Legal Notice)
Seed laws and agricultural restrictions vary by state. Some seeds may be restricted or require special handling in certain jurisdictions.
By purchasing seeds, you confirm that:
- You are responsible for verifying legality of shipment and planting in your state/local area.
- You accept that shipments may be delayed, refused, or destroyed by agencies if prohibited.
- Any related fees, penalties, or losses are your responsibility as the recipient/importer of record.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We can reship it after address confirmation,
- Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or events outside our control, including (but not limited to) weather, service disruptions, seasonal volume, or operational delays.
Delivered but Missing / Theft
If tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or missing after confirmed delivery.
Please contact the carrier and/or local authorities to file a report; we will provide documentation if needed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the box and products.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (carrier timestamp).
- Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
- We will issue a replacement or refund after review.
Lost in Transit (No Delivery Scan)
If tracking does not show delivery and appears lost:
- We will open a carrier investigation.
- Packages may be deemed lost after 10 days with no tracking movement (or when the carrier confirms loss), at our discretion.
- A replacement will be sent once loss is confirmed.
- No additional shipping charge will apply for replacement orders.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policies, or repeated delivery disputes inconsistent with tracking evidence.
